This is great. Shinjiro must be totally humiliated, being tied up and ballgagged like that. And totally helpless to help Lianna, who's at the mercy of their kidnapper, half-dressed and totally vulnerable. All he can do is struggle and plead into his gag for him to stop. And Lianna looks so scared. What will happen to them?
